Nicole Ibrahim
Chief Executive Officer
Nicole Ibrahim brings extensive leadership experience in education management and humanitarian operations. With a background in international education and nonprofit administration, she has developed a strong track record of building safe, structured, and mission-driven environments for children and families worldwide.
Nicole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Theology and a Master’s degree in Human Rights from The Catholic University of America. She brings a disciplined, ethical, and mission-oriented approach to school security, ensuring that every project aligns with the highest standards of safety and that above all, the children can thrive in their environment.

Michael Ibrahim
Chief Security Officer
Michael Ibrahim brings over two decades of service, discipline, and leadership to his role as Chief Security Officer. A native of Virginia, Michael began his career in the U.S. Army, where he served on active duty and continues to serve today in the Army Reserves. His commitment to protecting others and his deep understanding of national security led him to serve in federal law enforcement, where he gained extensive expertise in cyber tools, threat assessment, and operational security.
Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Virginia Tech and a Master’s degree in Logistics from American Military University, combining academic insight with field-tested experience. As a licensed armed security professional through the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS), he leads with precision, professionalism, and a mission-first mindset.
At the heart of his work is a dedication to safeguarding communities and creating environments where people—especially children—can thrive securely.
